We are looking for an energetic Ranch Hand who has at least one year of experience working with horses and outdoors in a highly physical job. This is a full-time position.

The Ranch Hand will clean the stalls, replace bedding, water and feed the horses, sweep and remove waste, report problems or illnesses of the horses to management, repair fencing, remove weeds, trim trees, mow the lawn, operate a tractor, drag arena, and other duties.

The physical demands of the job are bending, pushing, twisting, grasping, lifting and carrying 50+ pounds, walking and standing on various surfaces for extended periods of time outdoors.

Qualifications:



· Must possess effective communication skills

· A positive attitude, Professionalism, willingness to go above and beyond, and a sense of humor are appreciated

· Equine experience REQUIRED

. Maintenance, Construction, and operating heavy machinery are a must, servicing heavy machinery experience is helpful.
