We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associates.

As a work from home associate, you’ll deliver a positive experience that solves members’ needs/challenges, while working to resolve issues.

You must have strong accountability and an understanding of performance expectations based on metrics.

Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment is welcome.

In this role, you will help us provide better care to a large number of people across the United States.

Basic requirements for the candidate:
- Must be legally able to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have basic computer skills
