Some staff responsibilities are: - ensuring a positive and healthy environment for children to learn and grow - fun, active, and interesting lesson plans - basic maintenance and cleanliness of classrooms - Continue training and research of best practices - Communicating effectively with parents and coworkers - working with other staff to help promote teamwork and a positive atmosphere - implement fun and interesting lessons based on curriculum guidelines Hourly wage will be based on qualifications and years of experience. Lead Teachers must have a minimum of a CDA credential, Associates Degree, or Bachelor's Degree and 1 year teaching experience. College students are welcome to apply, and may be lead teacher qualified if they hold 12 credits in Early Childhood Education or similar areas of study. We also hire seasonally while in school. All applicants must have a High School Diploma and be 18 years of age.
