Excellent Dentistry is seeking a qualified dental associate to join our team. As you transition into our practice, you may begin as part-time and transition to full-time if necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing quality patient care and a passion for dentistry. Responsibilities: Examining patients and developing treatment plans Performing a wide range of dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, endodontics, extractions, implants, and Invisalign Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Maintaining a clean and organized treatment area Collaborating with the rest of the dental team Requirements: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active IL state dental license Strong clinical and technical skills Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks at once Schedule: Office is open M-F 10am- 6:30pm and Sat. 9am-3pm. We offer a flexible schedule with weekend availability and the ability to transition from part-time to full-time as you become integrated into the practice. Compensation: Competitive compensation package based on 30-40% of collections, with 50% of lab expenses covered and dental materials fully covered.
