We are looking for hard working, friendly, and motivated individuals willing to go the extra mile for their Wisconsin neighbors. Prior work experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or maintenance is a definite plus!

Radon mitigation systems are custom built venting systems that involve running PVC piping from the basement to up above the roofline and mounting in-line radon fans. The technician will be installing and servicing these Radon Mitigation Systems in residential homes throughout Wisconsin. Each installation takes 2-4 hours to install, therefore each tech is usually responsible for 2 jobs per day.

What we offer:

• Competitive starting pay ($35,000-$55,000 a year based on experience)

• Paid education towards licensure to become a Wisconsin Certified Radon Mitigator.
• $14.00-18.00/HR Training Pay (Based on Experience)

Candidates must have:

• A valid driver’s license and transportation to our main office in Delafield
• The ability to lift and carry at least 75 lbs.
• The ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Great communication and customer service skills
• General understanding of power tools
• The ability to use basic technology such as tablets and mobile phones

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
