Job responsibilities

1. Safety of children. Creating a supervised and positive environment while knowing and following licensing regulations.

2. Create superb learning environment. Create spaces that enhance curriculum, implement curriculum that meets the needs of each child and is organized. Lead teacher assesses children and keeps parents informed. Implements Zoo Phonics, Jumpin' Numbers curriculum, yet has the flexibility to also incorporate teacher made curriculum. Weekly lesson plans need to be turned in and posted for parents.

3. Support Einstein's Academy. Be committed, cooperative, welcoming and engaging to students and families.

4. Continue education. Learn curriculum and best practices through formal education. Learn technology and systems implemented in center. Be responsive to changing needs in work hours or classroom based on enrollment. Take initiative.

Education

Preferred Associates, Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or working towards Early Childhood degree. Scholarship opportunities towards paying paying for educational courses and completing them.
