RCC Construction Company, LLC is currently looking for a concrete and masonry foreman who has experience in concrete and masonry (required). Drivers license, ability to read and execute plans is a must. RCC Construction Company, LLC is located in Beaufort, SC, and primarily works in the Bluffton/Hilton Head market. We are looking for a responsible foreman to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Foreman responsibilities include working closely with the sub-contractors prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes. Also, preparing project schedules, monitoring project progress, managing self-perform staff as well as subcontractors and ensuring that all project activities are completed safely, on time, with high quality, within budget, and to the continual satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources, equipment and information to help the jobsites move smoothly.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Liaise with the owner, builders and subcontractors to identify and define requirements, scope, objectives and eliminate blockers
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Oversee project procurement management
• Monitor project progress and assist in handling any issues that arise
• Ability to work independently from site office
• Use tools to monitor working hours and plans
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

• Drivers license is required

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
