Are you a passionate dancer with a flair for captivating audiences? She Imagined Sweets, a premier dessert business based in Montclair, is seeking vibrant and talented individuals to join our team as Dessert Party Dancers/Performers. Singing and Public Speaking is a bonus. 

She Imagined Sweets specialized in bite-sized cheesecakes and parties to celebrate the Arts in all its forms. We celebrate the art of culinary, dance, music, visual arts, singing and more.

Job Description:

As a Dessert Party Dancer/Performer, you'll be an integral part of creating unforgettable experiences for our clients and their guests! You will also perform at our seasonal dessert parties. Your role will involve bringing energy, creativity, and a touch of magic to our dessert parties and entertainment services throughout New Jersey, with potential opportunities in New York and local dance schools to host dance parties.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other dancers and instructors to create cohesive performances for dessert parties and other events. Attend rehearsals and performances as required. Must be available some weekends and evenings for events.

Dance Performances: Execute dynamic dance routines that complement the atmosphere of our dessert parties, engaging and entertaining guests.

Interactive Entertainment: Interact with guests, encouraging participation and ensuring everyone has a delightful and memorable experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators and fellow performers to ensure seamless and synchronized performances.

Adaptability: Be ready to adapt performances to different themes and styles based on client preferences.

Requirements: Must be passionate for dance, versatile, professional, reliable And creative.

Passion for Dance: A deep love for dance and performance art is a must.

Versatility: Ability to perform various dance styles and adapt to different event themes.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients and guests.

Reliability: Punctuality and commitment to assigned performances are crucial.

Creativity: Bring your creative ideas to enhance the overall entertainment experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a dancer/performer.
• Portfolio or video reel showcasing your dance skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for evening and weekend events.
• Extensive experience in various dance styles.
• Ability to work with others for performances throughout NJ.
• Flexibility and physical stamina to perform various dance routines.
• Experience working in a dance studio or similar environment is preferred.
• Certification or degree in dance or related field is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
