We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Microsoft Excel and possess excellent administrative skills. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including maintaining employee personnel files, managing plant inventory, updating the company website, assisting with trade show preparations, acting as a personal assistant for various tasks, handling payroll and order entry, and providing exceptional customer service. The Office Assistant will also be responsible for compiling sales reports, performing general office equipment maintenance, answering phones, managing plant tags, keeping pesticide records, and fulfilling other general office duties as required.
