We are a lighting manufacture seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our sales team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. You will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in driving company growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities

Requirements:

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
