Our company provides overnight/early-morning restaurant cleaning and new home construction cleaning.

We provide all tools and supplies. Our ideal applicant must have reliable transportation, no exceptions.

We provide cleaning for high end restaurants, multimillion dollar homes, and military projects. All applicants must have a valid ID and social for verification.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough and efficient cleaning tasks as assigned, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Must adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Must demonstrate flexibility in handling various cleaning assignments and adapting to changing work demands.

Identify and report any maintenance issues or areas requiring special attention, willingly engage in training sessions to enhance cleaning skills and techniques.

Support a positive and collaborative work environment by working closely with the team.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cleaner is preferred but not mandatory. We welcome individuals willing to learn and grow with our company.

Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility is a must

Flexibility in working hours and willingness to accommodate occasional schedule changes.

A can-do attitude with a dedication to delivering exceptional cleaning results.

Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also being a team player.

Benefits:$15-$20 per hr +work vehicle for jobs outside San Antonio such as New Braunfels/Austin area

Potential Opportunity #2 After 3 months.

After 6 months and an evaluation cleaners have the opportunity to become a field manager to run a crew of three cleaners for a salary at $3,000 per month. Job details will be discussed more in detail at that time.
