Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

Skills:
- Strong retail sales experience, preferably in a cashier or customer service role
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Proficiency in operating a cash register or POS system
- Knowledge of jewelry sales techniques is a plus
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating discounts or change
- Ability to perform product demos and explain product features to customers
- Proven sales skills to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus for serving diverse customer base

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

Shift: Evening shift, Morning shift

Weekly day range: Every weekend, Monday to Friday
