The DecoShop LLC is located in Maumee, OH. We are professional and agile and our goal is to create professionally decorated apparel for the promotional products industry. We are a contract decorator, dealing only with distributors, not the general public. We offer screen printing, embroidery and full-color imprints, as well as sublimated promotional product options.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate screen printing machines to print designs on apparel.
- Prepare screens by applying emulsion and creating stencils based on design specifications
- Mix and prepare inks in different colors and consistencies for printing
- Load and unload materials onto the printing machine
- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper alignment, registration, and ink coverage
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistency and accuracy
- Clean and maintain printing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with design team to review artwork and ensure accurate reproduction
- Follow production schedules to meet deadlines for printing orders

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a screen printer or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of screen printing techniques, equipment, and materials
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent print quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines

Note: While experience or knowledge in print production design is not required for this specific position, it may be considered a plus.
