Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, and latte
- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning coffee machines and equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of food products
- Handle food items and ingredients in a safe and sanitary manner
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow
