We are seeking an Aggressive Sales Rep in lead generation to join our team! You will be selling custom tiny homes, built on permanent foundations, not wheels. Built to exceed all Florida building codes. Our tiny homes are built green certified and our structures are manufactured using recycled materials. We build the strongest tiny homes in the country, starting at 608sf.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell tiny homes and tiny home communities to new customers, local government and investors
• Prospect & Present potential customers
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• We create and provide sales material to present to customers
• Present to customer, once committed, get them approved and our corporate office handles everything else. Easy sale, minimal work on your end.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong closing skills
• Self managing and detail-oriented

The $5,000 commission are paid out per deal. Minimal sales process on your end. The corporate office handles most of the closing sales, contracts, etc. for each deal. You just get them to commit to do business, get them approved and corporate does the rest.
