The Barnyard Preschool is a small mixed-age group school providing part-time preschool program options to the Spanish Springs area. We incorporate montessori style and play-based learning as well as the Zoophonics literacy program. We are a small Center looking to add the right candidate to our Barnyard family!

• 20+ hours per week
• starting wage $14-$16 an hour DOE
• 4-7 Hour shifts Monday-Friday between 8:30AM - 3:45PM

```Duties:``` - Assist the lead teacher in implementing curriculum and lesson plans - Support students in their educational and developmental needs - Provide individualized attention and assistance to students as needed - Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies - Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Help prepare materials and resources for classroom activities - Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other non-instructional times

```Qualifications:``` - Experience working with students in an educational setting - Knowledge of childhood development and educational practices - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators - Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation - Understanding of special education principles and strategies is a plus - Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
