We are Stay at Home Moms that create our own cleaning hours and clean Sacramento homes while our kids are in school.

Mothers Cleaning Coop allows it's employees the flexibility to create your own working hours that work best for you and their families. You can work outside the home without giving up being there for your children. MCC also pays great! - $28 per hour for house cleaning. We are an employer paying mileage, cleaning supplies, cleaning equipment, sick pay and vacation pay to our cleaning Moms.

Professional house cleaning experience is a plus - But not mandatory. We know you know how to clean already - being a Mom.  We will take your thoroughness in wanting to do a good job and teach you efficiency, so you can get the job done in a timely manner.

We pair our Moms to return to the same client base, for a safe, friendly and familiar working environment. Our Moms also help run every aspect of the company, from scheduling, to payroll, to cleaning. Mothers Cleaning Coop takes care of it's Moms.

Who are we looking for?

House Cleaning Moms who enjoy house cleaning, are good at it, and are very, very dependable. These Moms have a work ethic that goes above and beyond for the benefit of others. When they make a commitment, they follow through with it. And are willing to lend their domestic genius to an industry that is in so desperate need of what comes naturally for them- dependability, trustworthiness and quality work. Let's face it - No one cleans like Mom does!
 

What they put in, Our Moms know, will come back to them. That's because, Mothers Cleaning Coop pays commission bonuses that allow our Moms to enjoy a piece of the profits that they are driving. After all, Mothers Cleaning Co-op's success is due solely to their hard work in the field and they deserve a piece of that.
