Must be a GREAT communicator, who is a supportive team player, willing to jump in and help with random items that arise in this fast paced workplace. Must have a graphic design background along with computer skills. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for marketing and design with fresh ideas, specifically for Facebook, Instagram, posts, reels, postcards, flyers and newsletters.
Examples of tasks include but not limited to:
Strong writing and verbal communication skills are a plus! Real Estate knowledge is a PLUS, PLUS!! This job requires an organized person who pays attention to detail and has a high level of dependable accuracy. Schedule of hours can be flexible but willingness to be responsive after standard biz hours or on weekends as needed is IMPORTANT.
Hybrid position, local to Central Florida (Volusia, Seminole or Orange County) About 20 hours per week to start with possibility to grow into a full-time and earn bonuses.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
