Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and independent Physical Therapist to join our practice in a shared office space arrangement. This unique opportunity allows the Physical Therapist to operate as their own entity while benefiting from the collaborative environment and shared resources of our established chiropractic office.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to address patients' specific needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients on exercises and techniques for self-management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage own caseload.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
