We're looking for an Inside Sales Backoffice/Helper :

Receive and handle inbound calls

Creating estimates, invoices, sales and purchasing orders

Taking care of inbound and outbound shipments

Managing inventory and warehouse

Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.

Support the Business Development team

Review customer purchase orders and identify issues with orders

Track purchases or orders with German colleagues.

Process reservation/orders, rental booking, organizing exhibitions and fairs

Cooperate with the marketing department in Germany

Support maintenance of Quickbooks and Sage database, identifying and correcting missing and duplicate data

Utilize Quickbooks to track leads and record outreach activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or High School diploma

Entry level or min. 1 year of experience in sales, distribution or business development

Strong communication and administrative skills

Desire to learn new technologies and new skills, and motivation to be self-directed and seeking answers and solutions

German or Spanish language skills would be an advantage.
