Your sharp administrative and organizational skills will support our day-to-day workflow from managing order timelines and vendor communications to preparing presentations and reconciling jobs upon completion.

This is a part-time position (16-24) hours per week with the option to grow into a full-time employment.
DUTIES
• Prepare presentations for decorated merchandise through industry software (it’s a little like online shopping :)
• Communicate with vendors to determine product availability, cost of goods and production timelines
• Workflow management: submit orders to production, secure timely feedback (vendors or clients), respond to clarifications and release approvals to ensure timely delivery of final decorated product.
• Accurate data entry of product detail from presentation to proposal and purchase order.
• Assist in office organization and showroom staging for a fun workspace and smooth client meetings
• Support staff when working remotely
• Maintain PromoWest business standards and operating procedures
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
• Up for a challenge and excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Possess and demonstrate a strong attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication when engaging clients, staff and production partners
• Good listening skills and strong data retention or excellent note taking skills to support data retention.
• Willing to learn proprietary systems
• Proactive approach to workload
• An aptitude for math is helpful (ex. bookkeeping or simple reconciliation experience)
• Transferable software skills (prefer experience with PC, Word, Excel, CRM, email, Outlook)
• Enjoys collaboration, yet able to work well independently
• Excellent discretion and decision making ability
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required given strong real world experience
The nature of this business is collaborative from client meetings, ideation and product selection to problem-solving with production to achieve accurate and on-time delivery of finished goods.
