Logistics Clerk for National Recovery is key to our success as someone who focuses on supporting the Logistics Coordinator through the completion of daily administrative and customer service tasks.

National Recovery USA is growing and needs to add a dynamic person to our office team! We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join as a Logistics Clerk. The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, have a strong drive to learn and grow.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Calling Vendors to onboard them onto National Recovery’s vendor network.
  • Assisting Team with entering and uploading information into customer database.
  • Sort and attend to emails in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Receive incoming calls and answer in a polite/professional manner.
  • Data entry of vendor bills & process weekly.
  • Data entry of customer invoices.
  • Working with Google Drive, MS Word, and MS Excel. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Highly organized with a great attention to detail. Good attitude and work ethic.
  • Proficient computer skills with office administrative applications, such as Microsoft Office, as well as experience with relevant web-based and software applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Efficiently multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills, professional demeanor.
  • Prior success working in a customer service role/environment would be a great plus!
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills. (Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.)Must be able to communicate effectively with employees, customers, vendors, outside contractors, etc.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English as well as the ability to follow instructions
