We are looking for candidates that are looking for a career rather than a job. Multi-service office with room to grow within the company.

** Candidates must live within 10-15 miles of office **

** Must be bilingual in English & Spanish **

Job Summary:

* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

* Manage large amounts of incoming calls

* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

* Go the extra mile to engage customers

* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

* Greet customers warmly and ascertain reason for calling

* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

* Providing Information to Customers

* Recommend potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

* Data Entry (For income tax forms)

* Attention to Detail in order to prepare reports.

* Handling Payments and Transactions in Quickbooks* (Experience in Quickbooks is a plus)

Requirements:

* Must be able to write, read and speak English and Spanish

* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Formulas and Spreadsheets)

* Proven customer support experience

* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $16.00 per hour
