We are howling for you to come join our team! Little Coyote is the newest concept in St. Elmo. This concept is chef owned by Erik Niel and his wife Amanda. Its Texas BBQ meets Tex Mex cuisine. The bar is heavy agave spirit forward with tequila, mezcal, & seasonal cocktail menus. We are open everyday starting at 4pm. We would love to have professional servers on our team that love to learn about food, wine, cocktails, & more! This is a new concept for Chattanooga and there is a lot of buzz. It was already named one of Bon Appetit Magazine's restaurants to watch in 2024!
