The UPS Store Print Specialist/Store Associate - Adobe Illustrator/ InDesign experience -Full Time - Part Time

We are looking for a full time/part time print specialist who is willing and able to provide our customers with all their print needs. The associate will be responsible for introducing new print jobs to the store as well as displaying high class customer service skills to our shoppers. Our Center Associates deliver world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
• Looks for new printing opportunities and providing the store with print jobs.
• Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
• Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• reliable transportation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
• Able to lift 40+ pounds
• mastery of Adobe Illustrator
• mastery of Adobe InDesign
• Previous printing experience a plus

Salary will be based on an hourly wage as well as for developing print department.

• $12 - 16 hourly pay
