Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and presentation
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area and kitchen
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Bus tables and clean up after customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong guest relations skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
