Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with our valued customers and ensuring their needs are met. As a 1099 contractor you have the option of servicing 1 or more clients while selecting the schedule that best suits you!
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain thorough knowledge of our products/services and stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
