Job Summary:

The Electronic Security Technician performs Electronic Security System (ESS) support work that is moderately complex in nature. Provides first and second-level security system user support both on-site as well as through remote computer network access to applications. Assists with the implementation, evaluation and usage of new security technologies. Performs basic ESS administration and troubleshooting of communication problems as they affect security systems. Performs monitoring and troubleshooting of electronic security systems: access control, analog and IP video surveillance, and alarm systems.
