At Millie's Homemade Ice Cream, we make & serve ice cream that makes people smile. We utilize local, organic, fair-trade, and seasonal ingredients to handcraft our super-premium ice cream, which we sell both wholesale and retail in our growing number of scoop shops.

It's important to us that our customers AND our employees have a great experience, every time they walk into the building. The Job:

Making people's day. You will be the face of Millie’s providing them with exceptional customer service and you will become an intricate component of the Millie’s family.

Opening and closing duties, some light banking, scooping ice cream, making coffee drinks and keeping the place organized and clean.

Inventory and ordering (This will be based on skills)

And then eat ice cream, drink some coffee, listen to music, and have fun!

What we are looking for:

Full Time positions (Mornings, Nights, Weekends) Full availability with some flexibility

Part Time positions available

Minimum of 1 year of employment in retail or foodservice is preferred but not required.

Barista experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided

ServSafe certifications are preferred, but not required.

You:

If you are the right fit to join the Millie’s family you will have had previous experiences with customer facing positions. You will be self motivated and show great initiative. You have good analytical skills, and are dependable with a strong work ethic. Adaptable, creative and a team player.
