Job Description:
As a Salesperson, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new plumbing service contracts, while also nurturing relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our management team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the continued success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation.
Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Conduct consultations and assessments to understand clients' plumbing needs and offer tailored solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to clients.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of plumbing projects.
Maintain and update client records, sales reports, and CRM systems.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand your professional network.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience in the plumbing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of plumbing products and services is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
