Location: Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Minden, Gardenville, Nevada side of Lake Tahoe and other nearby areas

Hourly Rate: $18 - 22 per hour. All shifts available, flexible scheduling

Position Overview:

We're in search of compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing individuals' independence and overall well-being in the familiar surroundings of their homes.

Responsibilities:

·       Provide personalized care to clients based on their individual care plans

·       Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLS)

·       Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises 

·       Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding

·       Maintain a clean, safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties

·       Provide companionship and emotional support

·       Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping, and other outings as needed

·       Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client

Qualifications:

·       High school diploma or equivalent

·       Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills

·       Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility

·       Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team

·       Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing personal care

·       Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation)
