Responsibilities:
- The position is half social media, half customer service representative responsible for answering phones and scheduling customers
- During office managers off hours, this individual would be responsible for all customer communications - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content - Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
- Learn scheduling software, assist in booking customers, and turning all social media leads into appointments
- Learn company standards for verbal communications and sales techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for social media growth - Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Reports field stats back to the owners
Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong proofreading and editing abilities - Proficiency in web-based technologies and social media platforms - Knowledge of e-commerce principles and practices - Basic photography skills for capturing visual content - Ability to conduct research on industry-related topics - Experience with video editing software - Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies
