Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling to targeted client population.
• Inform individuals on the benefits of counseling.
• Provide encouragement and support to clients.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of common mental health issues.
• Use effective communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Be respectful of the clients' sensitivity during sessions.
• Know the basic goals of therapy for common mental health disorders.
• Supervision will be provided as required
• Associate licensure required or intern will have to obtain no more than 30 days after hire

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
