Sales Associate/Customer Service for Cookies & Cream Ice Cream/Store

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests (ice cream/coffee/store) - Assist customers quickly and efficiently with all orders - Have a professional and approachable appearance - Process payments accurately - Collaborate with co-workers on orders and tasks to be completed - Upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers when appropriate - Restock product, clean and maintain cleanliness of shop

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Previous experience in customer service a plus (not mandatory) - Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy

- Able to work nights, weekend availability a MUST

- Able to work 12-5 and/or 3-8pm and some Sat/Sun

- High school diploma (minors must have working documents) or equivalent
