We are looking for a person with a Sales Development background who also enjoys Tech Support. This is a Ground Floor Opportunity.

Projected 1st year part-time earnings: $35k with no upper limit.

This position offers the flexibility of two important functions:
1) Working remotely as a Business Development Rep contacting businesses in the western suburbs. We provide you with the leads and tools to identify prospects and bring them in as a customer.
2) Working with us onsite to develop experience in network support. This includes installing and maintaining PC’s, laptops, servers, printers, phones, and other devices found at a customer’s location.

We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) with very large growth potential. Our services include onsite and remote support and installation services. We just mapped out a large growth process and will start with one individual with a burning desire to succeed and move into management.

It's essential for candidates to reside in the Greater Chicago Area. You should have a valid driver's license, a clean background, and dependable transportation, as onsite visits to our clients might pop up.

The Role | Your day-to-day will be engaging and varied. As a Sales Development Rep, you will contact businesses throughout Suburban Chicago and develop trust and relationships with their managers and owners until together, we bring them in as a customer. This is a team effort. You are never alone on your path to success.

As a Tier 1 Service Technician, you will go out with us to learn the technical aspects of the business and participate in installation services and meetings with customers.

Background Requirements:
* Sales Development Experience
* Proficiency with Windows 10/11 operating systems
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word, Excel
* Basic understanding of Windows Server functionality

Nice to Have but not required:
Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, N-Able Insight, SentinelOne EDR Suite.
Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Google Workspace
Networking fundamentals: IPs, Subnets, DHCP, and DNS
Configuring network tools: firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs
