We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team at Champions Family Medical.  The following skills are required:

• Ability to learn EHR
• Rooming and documenting patient intake information
• Taking and documenting patient vitals
• Drawing up, administering, and documenting injections and immunizations
• Phlebotomy skills
• Performing and documenting point of care testing (urines, HGA1C, strep, covid, spirometry, etc)
• Setting up exam room for procedures (pap smears, nexplanons, i&ds, toenail removal, etc)
• Returning patient phone calls in a timely manner
• Medication refills (escript)
• Prior Authorizations (covermymeds)
• Completing paperwork (FMLA, Disability, etc)
• Calling patients with lab results, imaging results, etc. after the provider has reviewed them.
