Dental Hygienist (Full Time)

Luxe Dental Care is a family owned dental practice located in Kent Island, MD. Our mission is to provide our patients with the highest quality of dental care, friendly and luxurious environment. We are a team-oriented practice, we recognize one of our biggest asset is our employees. We are a PPO and fee for service dental practice.

Job Description:

We are seeking an individual with high energy, great communication skills and a can-do attitude. The Dental Hygienist plays an integral role in the practice, he/she will perform a number of clinical and customer service-related duties. The duties and responsibilities of dental assistant are as follows:

• Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing
• Conduct oral health assessments and screenings
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as required
• Provide oral hygiene instructions and education to patients
• Perform periodontal charting and assessments
• Assist the dentist during dental procedures as needed

Requirements:

• X-Ray Certification (Required)
• Proficient in dental practice management software Denticon
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast pace environment
• Diploma in Dental Hygiene; Valid license to practice

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday : 9 AM - 5 PM
