Strong Arm Baking is hiring someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys the hussle of production baking, and excels in working with yeasted doughs, laminated pastries, and other creative, drool-worthy concoctions.  We are located in the small town of Oxford, North Carolina, where we run a retail bakery, coffee shop, and serve pizza and wine for supper. We sell to coffee shops across the triangle, and drop full meals and freshly baked loaves of bread on porches from Raleigh to Hillsborough through our Porch Drop program. We make food we want to eat, changing the menu often and in a whimsical way that is probably not a great way to run a business but keeps us excited and hungry.

The ideal applicant is nice, focused on efficiencies, values producing beautiful food and feeding people, and has strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. We will train the right individual.
