Is responsible for welcoming customers and ensuring that they are seated and receive attentive service. A host is the first face a guest sees when they walk into the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

●       Greeting all customers, and actively assign them to tables appropriate for the amount of people on their group

●       Answering the host stand phone, and providing information as needed

●       No matter the situation, hosts and hostesses must always be calm and friendly

●       Correctly perform and complete all assigned opening/running and closing duties in a timely manner.

●       Taking takeout orders from walk-in customers and on the phone

●       Pack and make sure the take out order is complete before handling it to the customer or driver (doordash, Uber eats)

●       Following daily and weekly checklist tasks

●       Make sure Menus are available and updated. (Drinks, Food, others)

●       Responsible for till (Cash management)

●       Other Duties Assigned by Manager on Duty

Required Qualifications:

●       Must be able to communicate effectively with others when addressing problems in the restaurant. Always remain professional.

●       Ability to comprehend and communicate clearly in English

●       Must be available to work weekends and some holidays

●       Must have reliable transportation to and from work

●       Be able to handle a variety of tasks at one time, strong organizational skills to be effective.

●       You are representing the restaurant as a first point of reference, so it is required that you are impeccable all the time.

●       Excellent decision-making skills

●       Has a team mentality, and a proven ability to thrive in teamwork

●       An ability to work with all ages and types of people is beneficial.

●       Has a strong knowledge of all aspects of restaurant operations (We will train you for this)

●       Must be quick to respond to any situation that may occur in the restaurant and be able to think on their feet to deal with crisis situations

●       Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety

●       Able to stand/walk for long periods of time

●       Must be available to work weekends and some holidays

●       Must have reliable transportation to and from work

●       Must be 20 years of age or older to apply.
