HVAC company based out of Ann Arbor is actively seeking candidates to fill an administrative position in our small but very busy office. Day to day responsibilities would include but are not limited to dispatching technicians, managing service contracts, performing general office tasks, such as answering the telephone, email correspondence, filing, mail processing, scheduling of appointments and data entry.
The ideal candidate will be reliable with excellent customer service skills. This person will also have 3 plus years of experience working with Microsoft Office.
A team player is a must!
