In the role of Route Sales Representative you will be responsible for uncovering new sales opportunities while delivering our products. While sales are important, customer service and relationship building are more crucial in this position. Our ideal candidate has experience with both strong sales and customer service.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and how they can benefit our customers.
• Travel the designated routes and meet clients one-on-one.
• Deliver the customer orders to customers shops and unload orders according to customer specifications.
• Support customers after the initial sales to ensure full customer satisfaction and realize opportunities for further sales

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A Self Starter with a desire to learn
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Valid Driver's license
• Prior experience in B2B environment

We started in 2003 from our garage as a husband and wife business and have grown to 6 employees and occupy a 7500 ft. warehouse to house our fasteners.
