Event Assistant

Hanford Ranch Winery – Galt, CA

·      Must be able to work shift work on Friday, Saturday and on occasion, Sunday.  

·      Assist with setup of tables, chairs and linens and other items as necessary

·      Must pay attention to detail

·      Walk venue to pick up trash and/or any glasses, bottles or cans left lying around

·      Assist client and their guest as needed

·      Monitor and restock restrooms (toilet paper, paper towels, toilet seat covers, sanitary napkin dispensers).  Check every 15-30 minutes 

·      Clean restrooms i.e., clean toilets, wipe down mirrors and sinks, empty trash cans including small trashcans in each stall, sweep or pick up any debris on the floor

·      After event clean-up i.e., tear down of tables & chairs

o   ALL chairs must be wiped down and cleaned prior to stacking in storage area

·      When necessary, and as needed, clear tables of any flatware, stemware, china etc., and any remaining bottles or cans 

·      Empty all trash cans and recycling bins and replace liners

·      Take trash to dumpster

·      Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds

·      Must be able to walk 100 yards with a load

·      Direct venue traffic

·      Safely and slowly drive golf carts as needed

·      Must be a team player

·      Must be detailed oriented and genuinely care about our clients

·      Must be a US Citizen and have valid ID, Social Security card

·      Must be legal to work

Job Type:  Seasonal, Part-time 

Salary:   Hourly — $20 per hour 

Experience:  Customer Service oriented – A smile is a must! ????

Work Authorization:  Must be 21 years of age
