Job Overview:

As a Canvasser, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our brand, directly engaging with homeowners in designated neighborhoods. Your primary goal? Inform them of recent storm damages in their area and schedule free roof inspection appointments with our expert sales team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Operate during prime engagement hours, typically M-F (4-8 PM or 2-6 PM, varying by season) with optional Saturdays (10 AM-2 PM).

• Navigate assigned areas or neighborhoods to initiate face-to-face interactions with homeowners.
• Clearly communicate the value and necessity of a free roof inspection.
• Utilize our booking software to promptly schedule appointments, coordinating with the sales team.
• Maintain a positive and persistent attitude, recognizing that every "no" is one step closer to a "yes."

This role demands outdoor fieldwork and a go-getter attitude. While the task isn't complex, it requires resilience, a thick skin, and the ability to bounce back from rejection. Compensation & Benefits:

• $24/hour, part-time with guaranteed 20 hours weekly.
• Monthly performance bonuses starting at $1,000.
• 1099 position.
