Studio Prime Architecture (SP-arc) is a full-service Architecture firm located on California's coveted Central Coast. Prime specializes in residential and smaller commercial projects. Our residential work ranges from custom residential to smaller multifamily and PUD work. SP-arc looks to add value to the projects we work on above and beyond a traditional architecture firm with a strong understanding of the development process, and our knowledge that comes from overseeing and investing in construction in our communities.
