Responsibilities:
- Host workshops at a local school 3 days per week for up to four hours per day for girls
- Participate in all team and partnership meetings (1-2 hours per week)
- Plan, implement, and supervise engaging activities for youth in a safe and supportive environment
- Foster positive relationships with youth and serve as a mentor and role model
- Provide guidance and support to help youth develop social, emotional, and academic skills
- Collaborate with other staff members to create and implement program curriculum
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during program hours
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and program evaluations
- Communicate regularly with BGA team and school principal regarding program updates and individual student progress

- An excellent team player with a positive attitude and the ability to connect and collaborate with others.
- Proficiency in using technology (Microsoft Office suite, Google products, Canva, etc.)
Education and/or Experience
- Three to five years of program planning and implementation.
- At least two years of working with youth in grades 6-12 (teaching, coaching, mentoring, etc.)
- Experience writing lesson plans is a plus
