We are an established & popular BBQ company in the South West Denver area. We have a store front, food truck and also do catering. We are looking for a kitchen manager who is available for afternoon shifts and weekends are required.
Duties include: Managing other employees, working the food line, shopping for the food, food prep, cleaning, serving food, and operating a cash register. Starting pay will be $25 per hour.
Qualifications:
• Preferable to have at least 2 years of working in a fast-paced restaurant on the line.
• Managing other employees.
• Good customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Health standards and sanitation practices.
• Must be able to push/ pull/ lift heavy and bulky items on a regular basis.
• Ability to problem solve and anticipate event needs.
• Listening skills.
• Comfortable working in any environment / weather.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-Motivated.
Must have transportation.
