About the position

This is a great opportunity for a senior level Landscape Architect or Designer who is looking for a long-term career and substantial growth over time. The ideal candidate will have an articulate eye for design, be proficient in AutoCad, Lumion Pro8, and Sketchup, with a minimum of 7 years of direct experience designing and preparing high-end residential landscape construction drawings for site design projects. 

Requirements 

• Must have sufficient knowledge and experience in landscape drafting standards, practices and procedures, and the ability to complete accurate drawings on schedule
• Must have knowledge of Florida plant species and hardscape elements
• Must have knowledge of city regulations and experience preparing permits
• Must be able to develop and complete drawings with minimal supervision
• Must be able to learn company design standards
• Must be able to prepare construction documents
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD
• Must be proficient in Lumion Pro 8
• Must be proficient in Sketchup
• Landscape Architecture Degree or equivalent experience required

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary to commensurate with experience and knowledge
