Law Firm seeks a full-time experienced immigration/Business Law Clerk/ Attorney, hands-on experience in L1/EB1C and electronic court filing is required. Candidate must be well rounded for all immigration practices, especially Employment Based immigration (EB1, EB2, EB3, PERM, EB5), and non-immigration visas such as L1A/B, E1/E2, etc. Must be fluent in CHINESE. Salary is commensurate with experience.
