We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and an understanding of the importance of food safety and sanitation. The successful candidate will be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, while following recipes and instructions accurately. The Line Cook must also be able to communicate effectively with other members of the kitchen staff and management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food according to recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
  • Answer, report, and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions.
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
