We provide comprehensive mental health services, embracing an individualized, evidence-based treatment approach. Our providers are compassionate and dedicated, focusing on a wide range of mental health conditions.

Position Overview:We are currently looking to bring on board several LPC or LAC (we have supervision) This is a contracted position offering the flexibility to build your own schedule and work hours that suit your lifestyle. The position provides a fee-split revenue model, allowing you to be in control of your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via Telemedicine or In-Office
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing counseling and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Current LAC working towards hours, we provide supervision.
• Experience in working with our targeted age demographic preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with all state and federal regulations.
